What I will be watching at the Edinburgh August Festivals

Over the month of August I will be reviewing and writing features for Broadway Baby and this blog, focussing on Spoken Word and live poetry. Below is a provisional list of shows that I will be watching and writing on, as well as where I will be performing.

Special mention to Donna Williams’ ‘DeafFirefly‘ at the Scottish Storytelling Centre, Heats 3 & 4 of the BBC Poetry Slam, and the Flint and Pitch Revue at the Edinburgh International Book Festival. These two shows have performers and work that I am very interested in, but cannot make due to being outof Edinburgh. You should definitely go see them.
